Vehicles with active pest activity, biohazard conditions, or extreme contamination may be declined upon arrival. Deposit is non-refundable in those cases.
Transparency
When pricing may adjust
Starting prices apply to standard vehicles in average condition. Here's when that changes.
Pet hair
Embedded pet hair adds significant time and requires specialized tools. Add-on: $40–$60 depending on severity.
Deep stains
Food, drink, or biological stains that need hot water extraction or enzyme treatment. Add-on: $50–$80.
Heavy condition vehicles
Vehicles that haven't been cleaned in a long time need more product and time. Heavy condition fee: $60–$100.
Oversized vehicles
Full-size vans, 3-row SUVs, and large trucks take more time and product than standard pricing covers.
Vehicle Condition Policy
All services are performed at starting rates for vehicles in standard condition. Vehicles with heavy soiling, strong odors, or extended neglect may require add-ons or a condition fee — always communicated before work begins.
For the safety of equipment and the technician, service may be declined for vehicles containing active pest activity (insects, larvae, or similar), biohazard conditions, or extreme contamination. This applies regardless of prior awareness on the customer's part.
If a vehicle is declined upon arrival: the deposit is retained to cover reserved time and travel. If you have any concerns about your vehicle's condition, reach out before booking — we'll advise honestly.
This policy exists to protect both parties and ensure every job can be completed properly.
